It was so wonderful to read under the stars, over-looking the Hudson river as the Autumn breezes caressed us! Thanks to everyone for coming out to support our first collection of short stories.

I am so very sorry I was unable to get there but the airline tickets would have made the weekend cost at least $1000 which was outside of my bugdetary limits. I spoke with Rich yesterday and as we were lamenting the fact that neither of us were able to get there, we came up with the idea of trying to get a group of us together in DC for the weekend before Mr. Obama's inauguration (yeah, I claimed it for him ;) which we believe coincides with the MLK National Holiday next year! If we all start working at it now, we could meet up in DC for a historical and fun five days that would only require most of us to use 2 vacation days....how about it?!
In any event, I'm glad to hear you all had a great event though I am quite saddened only to have been there in spirit!
