So Thankful 2 Be Among The Living!!

There have been too many who have left this Earthly realm sooner than it seems necessary (including members of my family)! I may not BE The Creator (so, who am I to really say they "left too soon"?) - but, I will heed the lessons that are put around me BY The Creator!

For the remainder of this year (& prayerfully, from HERE ON) I vow to:

• Be Encouraged!
• Be SO THANKFUL that I do no complaining w/ these LIPS

& spend more time moving these HIPS to keep this EarthWear in TOP FORM!
• ACTIVELY LIVE & Enjoy THIS ONE chance I have on this earth!

I truly appreciate all who support my projects & endeavors!

Hugz 2 U ALL!!

In addition to writing & teaching I've begun to v'log about my health & weight-loss journey on CAPTv - my YouTube Channel. I am determined to Melt from size 14 down to 10. Once I reach my goal size I'm going to sculpt this EarthWear - God willing! In appreciation of my viewer ship - I'm giving away prizes as I travel to different Cities & various parts of Cities I hold near & dear - so, tune in!

Here's the first Prize winning episode for u 2 enjoy:

So, if U don't see me around the Blog-o-sphere - know that I'm still working HARD at making changes!
